My only comment on the age of the child: That’s not the path I chose. But I don’t much care if you (or anyone else) chooses it. Do what works for your family. I’ll do what works for mine. And let’s all move along with our lives.
No, my problem is not with the photo. It’s with the headline.
Are You Mom Enough?
How divisive. How judgmental. How unnecessary.
We are all “mom enough.” Whether we use strollers or slings, whether we bedshare or rely on cribs. And, yes, whether we breastfeed or formula-feed. We are all “mom enough.”
And if you don’t believe me, ask your child. Baguette certainly knows.
